The organization Harbotzas HaTorah made papers that explains HaShem's 13 Attributes of Mercy. They are a little smaller than a normal sheet of paper, but is designed to be folded and placed in the Siddur/Machzor.

 They have an easy to use format that can be used during davenning when reciting the 13 Attributes, or can be used to learn about HaShem's mercy. One side of the paper is in English and the other side is in Hebrew.

The 13 Attributes of HaShem's Mercy are recited daily during Shacharit and Mincha (morning and afternoon prayers) by Sephardic and Chabad Shuls. All customs recite the 13 Attributes on High Holidays and Festivals.
